    This is one of my favorite HIIT (high interval intensity training). It goes like this:

    – Warm up on the treadmill for 3-5 minutes with light jogging to get your heart rate slowly going.
    – Once you’re done, bump up the treadmill speed to the highest you can and jog for 30 seconds
    – After 30 seconds, return back to walking speed and walk for a minute and 10 secs.
    – Repeat this 10-15 rounds and trust me.. you’ll hate it but your body will love it.

    My favorite diet challenge is trying to eat all the colors of the rainbow. The more colors you have in your meals the more beneficial each one is!

    I think a fun fitness challenge would be to use a playground as a gym for a week! It would show that you don’t need a gym to work out and it would give ideas for exercising different muscle groups in a fun environment 🙂

    Heres my fitness challenge:
    Last week my trainer kicked my butt making me do side walking push-ups (I don’t know if that’s the correct name but we call em that!)

    How to do:
    1. Start at one side of a room more than about 15ft long
    2. Begin with one pushup in place
    3. Walk your hands and feet over to the right an arms length and do another pushup
    4. Repeat all the way until the other side of the room

    Hope that makes sense and hope your arms fall off after 😉

    my fitness challenge would be to walk 80 miles this month while 8 months pregnant!!

    i feel like a cow so working out now is so hard & being a personal trainer thats depressing 😦 ..

    but ive been dying for the heart rate monitor !! all over instagram making me jealous haha

    My fitness challenge would be creating your own obstacle course! I love to do obstacle races and just being outside in general, so I have developed my own with some of my crazy friends.

    The course is all done outside, rain or shine:

    + 0.5 mile run with four agility ladder exercises at different points of the dirt track.
    + Pushups to failure
    + Burpees to failure
    + Sandbag squats + bent rows
    + Drag Bag sprints, lunges & carries
    + Farmer walks with buckets
    + Combat rope intervals
    + Sandbag lunges + overhead presses
    + 450lb tire flipping

    We do this circuit as many times as we can, pushing ourselves each week to do better than the last. Everyone is at different fitness levels, but we feel like such a team rooting a person on when they are doing their obstacle.

    At the end we do a “team victory” run, the slowest person sets the pace so we always run as team till the end!

    I miss the “team” feeling I had when I was a kid, so combined with my love of the outdoors, team-based sports and obstacle racing, it’s something I look forward to each week. I hope more people can try this as well!

    My fitness challenge comes from experience. Since we all can’t afford to go to the gym, how about a fitness plan to lose 10 lbs at home and using weight training?

    My fitness challenge this month is to run, walk or hike 150 kms… I reached 141 kms last month!
    I have also challenged myself to have no diet soda, at all. So far, so good 🙂

    My fitness challenge its about F O O D , Which i think its the hardest thing for everyone , cuz we say We are not going to eat that or this and when we have that in front of us we eattt, For example *Not wanting/eating something Sweet after every meal, *Eating the right portions (even dough your eating healthy it doesnt mean you can eat like a pig (Especially ME) so controlling my self would be a real challenge, and *When we have the heart monitor Burning at least 50cals more per day its a challenge 😉

    My diet and fitness challenge is to DO NOT think in something sweet after every meal and I have to keep down my sweet tooth with sugar free jelly so also Im doing something good for my skin lol and fitness is to do more than 30 min of cardio in a same machine OMG If I have to complete a 45 min session I think I can try every machine of the gym. Im not sure this is 1-2 sentence but I see everyone is writing a lot lol

  14. I drop a comment each time I like a post on a website or if I have something to valuable to contribute to the discussion. It’s caused by the sincerness displayed in the article I read. And after this article Leave a comment, win a prize* iknowsquat. I was actually moved enough to drop a thought 🙂 I do have some questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be just me or does it look as if like some of these responses appear like they are left by brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting at additional places, I would like to follow you.     I consider one fun workout challenge would be to be able to use a playground as a gym for one week! It is going to mean that you wear’t require a gym to be able to work out and also it would bring steps for working out other muscle .

  17. I consider our fitness challenge comes from feel. Since we tend to all of can’t provide to go to be able to the gym, how about one fitness plan to give up 10 lbs at home and also going to weight exercising?
