OMG! Train me lol. What is your best recommendation for fat loss and feeling stucked. How long did take you?
hmm.. feeling stuck? change something up.. are you currently weight training or doing cardio?? and this took me a solid 12 weeks.
Yep stuck. But Im not sure what I should to change up. Yep Im lifting weight and doing Cardio after. Im on my week 10 tought. But Im not closer to what you reached lol.
How is your diet?
I eat oats and protein on breakfast.. Meal 2 rice cakes and almonds or almond milk and almonds.. Lunch protein + complex carbs (sometimes) and veggies. I do workout in the afternoon so meal 4 is my postworkout meal and is a protein shake and dinner protein as veggies. I do use flaxseed, cocoa powder and somethings. Really Im not sure about carbs and fruits people always scare you about that
